RENTAL TERMS

Before picking up the vehicle, the client must present a valid driver's license and passport (ID) or ID card if the vehicle is used within the borders of Northern Macedonia, the driver or driver must have a valid driver's license for more than two years. Only those persons listed in the rental agreement have the right to drive the rented vehicle. AGE AND CONDITIONS

The minimum age for renting a car is 21 years and requires a higher 1 year of experience. In some cases they can make an exception for drivers under 20, but an additional deposit and 15.00 euros per day will be charged plus. Maximum rental age is 75 years.

ADDITIONAL GUIDE

The additional driver must meet all the requirements for category and age. Daily fee for an additional driver is 3 euros.

PRICES

All prices are in euros. The minimum period is 24 hours from the beginning of the rental period. If the daily period is exceeded for more than 1 to 3 hours, you will be charged for half a day. Exceeding more than 3 hours is charged plus as a full day. The minimum rental period is 24 hours, 1 day.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

Unlimited mileage for all cars.

• Automatic Third Party Liability (T.P.L.), according to government regulations.

• Theft protection (TP).

• Collision and Damage Relief (C.D.W.), covers the lessee's liability for damage to the rented vehicle of EUR 1,000 or in factors of the lessee's additional payment of full insurance with the exception of:

- in case of tire damage, unless caused by fire or accident;

- in case of a species under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

- in the case no police record was recorded at the time of handing over the vehicle; If the report is not received, you will be responsible for the total cost of the damage.

• Not depending on the casco with 1000 Euros deductible, in case of theft or traffic accident will be charged up to 1000 Euros, or in some of the additional payment of the renter of full Casco insurance with the exception

What is not included in the price:

• Cross-border insurance (green card): 30 euros per country and

• Renting from one point and returning the car to another destination.

• A lost Discount Card will cost you 30 euros.

• Lost car key and documents. From 500 to 2000 euros.

• Additional insurance to cover injuries to drivers or passengers.

• Child seat -2 euros per day, GPS navigation - 2 euros per day, delivery to your address in Skopje 5 EUR from destination. For download and delivery from another location is charged extra depending on the distance to the place.

CASCO INSURANCE WITH 1000 EURO FRANCE

• Casco insurance (CDW) with 1000 euro franchise. (Cried up to a maximum of 1000 euros).

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE

RENT CSO offers two types of additional insurance:

• Casco insurance (CDW) with 500 euros franchise: one-time price: 80 euros

• Casco insurance (CDW) with zero franchise: one-time price: 140 euros

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards such as VISA, Eurocard / MasterCard. Cash - Macedonian denars in euros or dollars. DEPOSIT and the total rental amount is charged at the beginning of the rental.

THE DEPOSIT

There is a deposit for cash rental or credit card guarantee for each car, the amount depends on the vehicle.

RECEIPT AND DELIVERY

Pickup and delivery to other destinations throughout the country after talking to our staff can be done and charged extra.

FUEL

The renter bears the fuel of the vehicle himself. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when it was lifted, then the customer will be charged for refilling the tank.

EQUIPMENT

During the winter season, which runs from November 15 to March 15 each year, and during this period, winter tires and snow chains are free.

HELP ON THE ROAD

It is free and available 24/7 on the territory of Macedonia. This includes vehicle replacement within 24 hours and telephone support. The telephone number for roadside assistance is +38977411112. In case of a technical problem, the lessor must first contact us from the above telephone numbers and if the technical problem is small and the car is in running condition, then the client will be asked to take the car to the nearest mechanical service and after repairing the vehicle on return it reimburses all costs related to the problem. The landlord should show us the official order or invoice for the car repair. If there is a big technical problem in this case, we will bring you another similar car within 24 hours and take over the broken one.

CANCELLATION PERIOD AND RULES

We as RENTGO offer you a free cancellation for 48 hours from the day of rent and the amount paid by the client is refunded in full. If the client does not notify us about the cancellation 48 hours before the rental, in that case the entire amount is transferred to the account of RENT GO. On our website, when you make a reservation online, a "Model" car is offered and "Or similar" is listed. This means that when picking up your vehicle, if we do not have the same car model available, we have the right to offer you a similar car model with the selected model or a larger car, but NOT a smaller car with the selected model. If you refuse to accept a similar car model, the rent will not be refunded.
